We can only service C and CF mount Hasselblad lenses. If your lens is a different mount, we unfortunately cannot repair it.
Not sure which mount you have? C/CF lenses have a distinctive chrome bayonet and were made for the 500 series bodies.

Door replacement possibilities depend on numerous factors including parts availability, type of door, and camera model.
The most common door replacements we perform are sliding doors for cameras like the Olympus MJU, Infinity, Stylus, and similar compact cameras.
We'll assess feasibility after inspection — the $50 bench fee covers the diagnostic regardless of outcome.

Your camera is not on our official repair list. We do our best to service as many models as possible, but there is a risk of denial for models we haven't previously assessed — including mechanical unjams, as some cameras cannot be opened regardless of design.
The $50 bench fee is non-refundable, including in cases where we are unable to service your camera after inspection.

Many mechanical unjams are straightforward and we handle them regularly. That said, some models cannot be opened or serviced even for mechanical unjams, depending on design and condition.
We'll assess your camera and let you know after inspection. No repair work proceeds without your approval.

Your camera is not on our repair list and this issue is unlisted. For cameras we have not worked on before, there is a real chance we cannot repair it. Many unlisted cameras, especially electronic ones, cannot be opened, have no available parts, or fail in ways that are not serviceable.
The $50 bench fee is non-refundable, including if we determine your camera cannot be serviced. Only proceed if you have emailed us about this camera first, or you are comfortable paying for an inspection that may end in a no.
Light seal replacement and cleaning are the only services we guarantee on unlisted cameras.

Clamshell point and shoots like the Olympus MJU and Stylus have a lot of internal electronic issues that cannot be repaired. The only issues we can service on these cameras are ones related to the door opening or closing.
One thing worth knowing: on these cameras the door is what turns the camera on, so a camera that will not power up, or only powers up sometimes, is sometimes a door switch problem rather than a dead board. When it is the door, we can often help. When it is the electronics behind it, we cannot, and we will not know which until we open it up.
There is a high chance your repair is not possible. Please only choose these options if you have reached out to us first, or you are confident it is a door issue. The $50 bench fee is non-refundable either way.
