We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item, per package tracking, to request a return. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them. New items must be unused or unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. Vintage cameras and accessories must be in the same functional and cosmetic condition as when they were purchased.
To begin a return, please contact us at email@example.com. Items mailed to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for film of any kind, as we cannot know where or how it has been stored while in a customers care. We do not accept returns for gift cards.
European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and will let you know if the refund was approved or not approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
