Returns
Returns and Refunds Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us at hello@brooklynfilmcamera.com and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
We offer a 14 day return window. This means you have 14 days from the date of delivery, as confirmed by carrier tracking, to request a return. Returns that are not due to an error on our part are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee.
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. New items must be unused or unworn, with original tags and packaging. Vintage cameras and accessories must be returned in the same functional and cosmetic condition as at the time of purchase. Any signs of additional wear, use, or alteration may result in the return being denied.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@brooklynfilmcamera.com. Items sent to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Claims submitted after a reasonable inspection period may not be eligible for resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
All film sales are final. We do not accept returns on film of any kind under any circumstances, as we cannot verify storage or handling once it has left our care. Gift cards are also non-returnable.
Cameras and Warranty Coverage
Cameras are eligible for return only within the 14 day return window. After 14 days, all camera sales are final and are covered exclusively under the applicable warranty policy. Warranty claims are handled as repair or replacement, at our discretion, for the duration of the stated warranty period. Refunds are not issued for cameras outside the return window.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non refundable.
