In-Store Pickup

Live locally? Place an order online and select Pickup at checkout. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready, and you can stop by anytime during open hours to grab it.

Please note: In-store pickup orders must be claimed within 10 days of the “ready for pickup” email. Orders not claimed within this window may be considered unclaimed and will become property of Brooklyn Film Camera. 

Additionally, refunds and order fulfillment are not guaranteed after this day and cannot be processed by floor clerks. If you need help with an unclaimed pickup or a refund/fulfillment request, please email us at hello@brooklynfilmcamera.com so our team can assist.
