Part Time
Overview
We are looking for a part-time Marketing Coordinator with room to grow into a full-time role. This position will involve writing copy and creating content, developing email templates and popups, scheduling posts, organizing giveaways, handling hiring outreach, collaborating with social media creators and graphic designers, analyzing platform data and trends, and building a cohesive marketing strategy and brand identity for our company.
Starts 1-2 days a week. Flexible scheduling, some work can be remote but candidate must be able to work in person.
The ideal candidate
- Extremely self-governing and proactive
- Fast and comfortable with computer programs
- Has extensive knowledge of at least two of the following: Klaviyo, Notion, Shopify, Mailchimp, Zapier, Instagram, Google Analytics
- Has a history of running marketing campaigns and building targeted email logic
- Enjoys both creating copy and content directly and collaborating with designers and social media team members

Overview
We are hiring a part time Events Coordinator to expand our educational programming and to plan and host events at our Williamsburg location and off site. You will coordinate with educators, artists, and local businesses, keep the events calendar organized, manage budgets and supplies, handle permits and compliance, promote events with our marketing team, and serve as the on site lead for setup, breakdown, and smooth day of operations. Evenings and some weekends are part of the role.
