Pack your camera securely and ship it to our Brooklyn HQ with one of our prepaid shipping labels. Cameras can also be dropped off in person during normal business hours.

Receive Your Repair Quote
We'll contact you with a detailed breakdown of what needs to be repaired and the associated costs. Once approved, the initial $50 inspection fee is applied toward the cost of your repair.

Once you approve our quote we will begin the repair process using quality parts and factory approved techniques.

The $50 bench fee is a non-refundable inspection charge that covers our technician's time to thoroughly assess your camera. This fee is applied toward your final repair cost if you proceed with the repair.
Our estimated repair time is 2 – 4 weeks from the date we receive your camera. Complex repairs, special parts, and unforseen issues may create delays. We dcannot guarantee a specific time frame but will do our best to repair your camera ASAP.

Wrap your camera in bubble wrap or foam padding and place it in a sturdy box with additional packing material to prevent movement. Remove batteries and any detachable lenses.
Absolutely. After the bench inspection, we'll contact you with a detailed quote outlining all recommended repairs and costs. No repair work proceeds until you approve the estimate. You can decline the repair, though the bench fee is non-refundable.
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay. The bench fee is collected when you submit your repair request. The remaining balance is due when you receive your quote.
Yes! Local customers can drop off and pick up cameras at our Brooklyn location. Please submit your repair request online before dropping off your camera.
