Need to cancel or return something? Here is how it works.
Returns and cancellations
You can return eligible orders within 14 days of delivery. Start it on our order help page and we will email you a return label.
Returns, lost or damaged packages and warranty claims all go through our order help page. Look up your order and it shows you what you can do.

Cancel from your account
All customers can cancel an order directly from the order page in their customer account. Open the order you want to cancel and follow the prompts, and we will confirm your cancellation by email.
