06

NYC credibility

BFC is one of the most-visited analog shops on the East Coast. You're carrying a name that means something in this world.

Tiered by quantity. Simple by design.

Our pricing is honest. We're not a liquidator — we're selling a restored, warranted product that your shop didn't have to source or touch. Discounts are structured so you have room to make real margin, and bulk orders reflect the efficiency of running a larger batch. The cameras listed here are our most commonly wholesaled models, but we can source and restore almost anything in our catalog — reach out if you have something specific in mind.

What it looks like in practice

Prices below are based on current BFC MSRP. A/B grade variants affect your acquisition cost by roughly 10–15%, but every grade is warrantied. Profit column assumes you sell at BFC MSRP — price higher or lower as you see fit. These are our most commonly wholesaled models; we can wholesale most cameras in our catalog, including medium format, TLR, Polaroid, and higher-end bodies. Ask.

Common questions

We work with film labs, record stores, high-end vintage boutiques, lifestyle and gift shops, art bookstores, photo galleries, museum shops, and any creative retail space where a restored analog camera is a natural fit. We generally don't wholesale to other camera shops.
Every camera is refurbished. Some models, such as the AE-1, K1000, and F3, are fully CLA'd to factory standard. Others are refurbished and verified with our in-house professional testing equipment by our repair team. We check shutter accuracy, light seals, meters, and mechanical function. We don't sell as-is — everything that leaves our shop is a working camera.
All cameras come with a 90-day warranty through BFC. How warranty claims are handled is up to you — your shop can choose to manage the process on behalf of your customers (collect the camera, ship it to us, we repair or replace and return it), or you can have customers contact us directly. Either way works, and we'll accommodate whatever arrangement makes most sense for your shop. One consistent rule: the customer is always responsible for return shipping costs on warranty claims from wholesale orders — that's separate from BFC's direct retail warranty policy.
Yes. There's no minimum order to get started. A single unit at Standard tier pricing lets you see how it moves in your shop before committing to anything larger. Most of our wholesale partners start with 1–3 units and scale from there.
Grade refers to cosmetic condition only. Grade A cameras have minimal wear and look close to new. Grade B cameras may show light signs of use — small scuffs or brassing — but are mechanically identical to Grade A and carry the same 90-day warranty. Grade B units are priced roughly 10–15% lower, which can work well for certain retail contexts.
Our standard program is wholesale (you purchase outright). We can discuss consignment arrangements for established partners on a case-by-case basis — reach out and we'll talk through what makes sense for your situation.
Most models are available within 2–3 weeks of an order being placed. High-demand models (AE-1 Program, Pentax K1000, Olympus Stylus) move fast — we recommend placing orders before you're out of stock rather than after. Large-tier partners get priority allocation on restocks.
