Mail-In Instructions

You will be emailed a label upon ordering a restoration. Do not mail us your camera to our storefront address we will not get the package and your item will be lost.

How long does a repair take?

Our standard turnaround time is 2-4 weeks depending on parts availability. Sometimes this takes a bit longer. We do not have a rush service at this time.

How long is your waitlist

We expect our current waitlist to take 4-6 weeks to catch up.

Do you repair box cameras?

No, currently we only service folding SX-70 cameras.

Can I ship my camera to you?

Yes! But only via our provided labels. Do not mail in your camera to us without first receiving a label
