The $50 bench fee is a non-refundable inspection charge that covers our technician's time to thoroughly assess your camera. This fee is applied toward your final repair cost if you proceed with the repair.
Turnaround varies with the repair, parts availability, and current workload. Our current estimated turnaround is shown at the top of this page and is kept up to date. Complex repairs, special parts, and unforeseen issues may create delays, and we cannot guarantee a specific time frame, but we will do our best to get your camera back to you as quickly as possible.

Wrap your camera in bubble wrap or foam padding and place it in a sturdy box with additional packing material to prevent movement. Remove batteries and any detachable lenses.
Absolutely. After the bench inspection, we'll contact you with a detailed quote outlining all recommended repairs and costs. No repair work proceeds until you approve the estimate. You can decline the repair, though the bench fee is non-refundable.
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay. The bench fee is collected when you submit your repair request. The remaining balance is due when you receive your quote.
