Shipping Details: Orders are processed Monday - Friday during business hours. All orders are shipped from our Brooklyn Store (855 Grand Street, Brooklyn NY 11211) and are carried by USPS or UPS.

Shipments over $1,500 come with signature. Call to remove.

For overnight or other express shipping needs, please email hello@brooklynfilmcamera.com to coordinate. We will find a shipping option that meets your needs and get your order moving as quickly as possible.

Brooklyn Film Camera does not and cannot guarantee that orders will be delivered by "estimated delivery dates", we can only guarantee that we will (1) fulfill your order in a timely manner, (2) hand packages to a reputable Shipping Carrier in a timely manner, and (3) provide you with the Shipping Carrier's Company Name and a Package Tracking Number.

Brooklyn Film Camera does not and cannot guarantee that international orders which utilize local fulfillment handlers will be successful. Our responsibility ends when the package that we shipped is deemed "delivered" and/or handed off to a local carrier.

Please Note: Brooklyn Film Camera is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. Our responsibility ends when the tracking number provided on your order is confirmed as successfully delivered to the address provided to us at checkout.  If something has happened to your package, please get in touch with us ASAP so we can figure it out together.
