Our expert technicians specialize in bringing your beloved 35mm and medium format cameras back to life. Every repair begins with a comprehensive $50 bench fee inspection—this non-refundable fee covers our technician's time to thoroughly assess your camera and is applied toward your final repair cost.

You can buy a shipping label directly through our on-site label system.

Just purchaase the inspection fee, then head to our Service Portal to purchase a label for your item. The label includes everything we need to identify your repair—no notes or paperwork required in the box.

Pack it up, drop it off with your local carrier, and you’re all set.

Once repairs are complete, we'll ship your camera back via your preferred method. Local drop-off is also available at our Grand Street location.

Don't have a printer? We can mail you your label for $5, just send us a message!

Your bench fee includes a complete diagnostic inspection, detailed assessment report, and a repair estimate. We'll identify all issues with your cameraand provide transparent pricing before proceeding with any repairs.

Step 2: Ship Your Camera to Brooklyn

Pack your camera securely and ship it to our workshop. Labels are easily purchased via our service portal. Ensure you pack your camera well!

Step 3 : Assessment

Our technician performs a comprehensive diagnostic assessment of your camera. This $50 inspection fee is applied toward your final repair cost.

Step 4: Receive Your Repair Quote

We'll contact you with a detailed breakdown of what needs to be repaired and the associated costs. No work proceeds until you approve the estimate.

Step 5: Expert Repair Work

Once approved, our skilled technicians perform the necessary repairs using quality parts and time-tested techniques honed over years of film camera expertise.

Step 6: Quality Testing & Return

Your camera undergoes thorough testing to ensure everything functions perfectly. We then carefully pack and ship it back to you, ready for your next roll of film.

The $50 bench fee is a non-refundable inspection charge that covers our technician's time to thoroughly assess your camera. This fee is applied toward your final repair cost if you proceed with the repair. If repairs aren't possible due to any reason, the bench fee still cannot be refunded.

Standard repair turnaround is 2–4 weeks from when we receive your camera. Complex repairs or situations requiring special parts may take longer. We do not guarantee any timeframe as multiple factors go into repair times.

Wrap your camera in bubble wrap or foam padding and place it in a sturdy box with additional packing material to prevent movement. Remove batteries and any detachable lenses (pack separately if sending).

Absolutely. After the bench inspection, we'll contact you with a detailed quote outlining all recommended repairs and costs. No repair work proceeds until you approve the estimate. You can decline the repair, though the bench fee is non-refundable.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay. The bench fee is collected when you submit your repair request. The remaining balance is due upon recieving the quote.

Yes! Local customers can drop off and pick up cameras at our Brooklyn location: 855 Grand St, Brooklyn. Please submit your repair request online first, then drop off your camera any day we are open.
