Warranty, Returns and Exchanges

You can view our whole warranty policy here. Cameras come with a 3 month warranty and are guaranteed working and fully refurbished.

We accept returns on cameras and non film items 14 days after sale with a 15% restocking fee. Returned items must be brought back to us in the same physical condition they got to you.
Delivery & Pickup

We ship most orders same day, but our processing times are based on 2 day delivery. We delivery via USPS & UPS or whatever carrier you select. Most domestic shipments are delivered within 2-4 days.

It is always free to choose pickup in store and your item is typically ready within a few hours
