Flexible start date. We are looking for an email marketer to run our Klaviyo program end-to-end. You will write the copy, design the flows, build the campaigns, and report on performance. This is a hands-on role at a fast-moving independent camera shop in Brooklyn. You have other people and teams to work with but this role requires a all in one creator- someone comfortable with building, writing, and designing emails. Pay dependent on background
Responsibilities
- Write all email copy — campaigns, flows, and automations
- Design and build emails in Klaviyo
- Own our flow architecture: welcome series, post-purchase, win-back, browse abandonment, and more
- Segment our list and develop targeting strategies
- Analyze campaign and flow performance and report on key metrics
- Collaborate with the team on promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns
Requirements
- Hands-on Klaviyo experience — flows, campaigns, segmentation, and reporting
- Strong copywriting skills with a proven ability to write for ecommerce
- Able to design emails from scratch inside Klaviyo or an equivalent tool
- Understanding of email deliverability best practices
- Data-driven: comfortable pulling numbers and making decisions from them
- Able to work independently and manage your own priorities
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing for an ecommerce or retail brand
- Familiarity with Shopify and how it integrates with Klaviyo
- Interest in film photography or analog cameras
