Shipping a camera to Brooklyn Film Camera for service is easy. Start by finding your order below, then follow the steps to purchase a label. When buying a prepaid label there’s no need to put any notes inside your box.
If you prefer to use your own label make sure to follow the instructions at the bottom of this page.
Cameras

Please take anything off that is not necessary for your repair. Straps, Bags, cases, must be removed. Lenses, unless being serviced, or necessary for camera operation, should be removed.

Packaging

Package your camera up tightly! If you are using our label purchaser no need for any notes. Just make sure to choose the right size box.

Not using our labels?

We suggest you do, but if you insist on using your own label, ensure you are using the right address and include a large printout of your order in your package!
