6-Month Warranty Included

Every 35mm SLR we sell includes a 6-month warranty covering mechanical defects. If something goes wrong, we'll repair it or replace it with the exact same camera you purchased.

To open a claim, visit the Shipping Label tab in your BFC account, or come into the store anytime.

Return shipping is covered by BFC within the first 30 days. After 30 days, the buyer is responsible for return shipping on warranty claims.

14-day return window.

15% Restocking Fee Applies

If you change your mind, you have 14 days from delivery to return your camera. The camera must be returned in the same condition it was received. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend taking advantage of the warranty rather than returning — if the camera has a functional issue within 6 months, we'll fix or replace it at no cost, which is a better outcome than a partial refund.
